Collecting payment - The new Payment Terminal

The Diool payment terminal is designed to provide your customers with multiple payment options via a secure, fast and easy to use platform. We have integrations that allow you to accept payments from all mobile money operators in Cameroon (Orange Money, MTN Mobile Money, EU Mobile Money) and in the nearest future, major credit cards and more.

The payment terminal has been simplified to integrate seamlessly with your existing business operations and facilitate your payment processes. To collect a payment, please proceed as follows:

On the web application



From the home page, click on Collect Payment.

Select the operator, enter the transaction details and click Next.
Reference: the internal reference within the company (barcode, product code, etc.)
Telephone number: the customer's telephone number by which they wish to pay
Amount : the amount of the payment
Payment for : The transaction description (optional)
Check payment details and Confirm
Ask the customer to validate the payment on their mobile phone.
- For Orange Money : Dial #150*50# or through the Orange Money app
- For MTN Mobile Money : Dial *126# or through++the MTN MoMo app++
- For EU Mobile Money : Through the EU Mobile Money app

Once the client has approved the payment, the funds will be immediately deposited into your Income account.

Sometimes there may be a delay in the client receiving the validation message. See How can your customer validate their payment?

On the Mobile app



From the home page, click on Payment terminal.
Select the operator, enter the transaction details and click Next.
Purchase reference: the internal reference within the company (barcode, product code, etc.)
Telephone number: the customer's telephone number by which they wish to pay
Amount: the amount of the payment
Comment: The description of the transaction (optional)

Check the payment details and tap Send.
Ask the customer to validate the payment on their mobile phone.
-For Orange Money : Dila #150*50# or through the Orange Money app
- For MTN Mobile Money : Dial *126# or through the MTN MoMo app
- For EU Mobile Money : Through the EU Mobile Money app
