What Type of Identity Documents can I Use?

As an institution processing financial transactions, Diool is required to thoroughly verify every business that receives payments via our platform and identify the people who own the them.

To pass the ID verification stage at Diool in order to create your account, you will need to upload a valid government-issued photo ID document. Please ensure that your documents (ID card or passport) are in good condition and well filmed.

Important requirements for your identity verification document:
Your ID document should be valid (do not send in expired documents);
We should be able to see your photo, full name, birth date, signature and the document number;
The picture should be in high definition quality (easy to read) and should display all four edges of the document;
The picture should be submitted in a .jpg, .jpeg, .bmp, .gif, .png or .pdf file format.
Passports should be open on the page with your photo and passport number;
When sending an ID receipt which contains personal details or issue/expiry date on the back, be sure to include separate images of the front and the back of the document.

Here are a few examples of acceptable or rejected documents:

ID verification is acceptable since the picture quality is good ( all the ID features are visible)

ID verification is acceptable since the picture quality is good ( all the ID features are visible)

ID verification is not acceptable since the picture quality is poor (the picture quality is blurry)

ID verification is not acceptable since the picture quality is poor(some parts of the ID are missing)

ID receipt verification is acceptable since the picture quality is good. However, please include separate images of the front and the back of the document for manual upload

ID receipt verification is not acceptable since the document quality is poor

Take just the front page of your passport in order to pass the verification part
