How to Invite Administrator, Accountant, and Agent?
Primary Owners can invite Owner, Viewer, and Member profiles within their team.
1- From your Diool dashboard, click on Settings and then Team.
2- Click on +ADD NEW USER and fill in the dialogue box with the colleague's Email, and their Role.
3- Click on Send Invitation. A popup message will confirm that the invitation has been sent successfully.
You can see the user under the list of team members with a status Pending.
This status will change once the team member confirms the invitation and completes their sign up.
IMPORTANT: Invitations expire within 5 days. After an invitation expires, the Primary Owner can re-invite the user.
