How to recover funds from income to balance
Commissions earned from all diool cashpoint transactions (cash withdrawals, deposits and airtime sales) are first included in the revenue account.
These funds can actually be moved to the balance account by performing a clawback operation. Users can either partially retrieve by specifying the amount they wish to retrieve, or retrieve all funds by clicking on the retrieve all button.
