How to Withdraw Funds from your Diool Account?
Diool users can withdraw funds from their Diool accounts using any payment method (Bank or Mobile Money) saved in their accounts.
During funds withdrawal, the payment method set as default in your settings, is always used to complete the withdrawal.
Please check your payment methods to confirm you have set the the correct default payment method by clicking on the star (☆) symbol next to the chosen method (Settings > Payment Methods)
Once this is done, follow the steps below to withdraw funds.
Note: While mobile money withdrawals are instant, withdrawing funds to a bank account can take up to 48 hours. For more information on this, see How long does it take to Add/Withdraw Funds?
