In order to begin processing payments with Diool, all businesses must fulfill Compliance requirements by providing an accurate business profile. You will be required to fill in details of your business in eight steps as follows:

Step 1: Provide basic information about your business.

Step 3: Provide additional details about your business



Company Name:The official name of your business as stated in the business registration document.
Registration Number:A set of unique numbers used to identify a company and printed on its certificate of incorporation.
Legal Form:The type of registration your business has. This information can be found on your business registration document.
Tax Number:The business' Unique Tax Identification Number issued by the Directorate General of Taxation.
Yearly Revenue (in XAF):The amount of money your company earns from sales over a year.
Registered Capital (in XAF):The amount of capital committed by shareholders. This information can be found on your business registration document.
Legal representative:The person authorized to act on the company's behalf

Step 4: Upload scanned copies of business docs



NOTE: The information on your business documents must be matched to the information on your Diool account.

Step 5: Provide details about the business ownership

Fill in the details as they appear on your Passport/Identity Card

Note: If your company has beneficial owners controlling 25% or more of its capital, please provide scanned copies of the Passport/Identity Card of each Beneficial Owner mentioned in the Business Registration Documents

As a provider of regulated financial services, we must conform to a high standard of compliance requirements. This identification process is also known as KYC (Know Your Customer).

As part of the account creation process, you will be required to take a selfie – a photo taken of yourself in the moment in addition to submitting a photo of your Government-issued identification (ID Card/Passport). The authenticity of both items are automatically verified and we'll provide you with a decision on their application in real time.



If the documents are verified and submitted successfully, your account will be approved within 5 business days. We will notify you via email once your account is approved.
