How to Add Shops?

Just like you have physical shops within your business, it is important to set up these shops in your Diool account because important functionalities within Diool like using the payment terminal and performing cashpoint operations can only be done at shop level. All cashiers and agents within your network must be assigned to a shop.

Note: Only the Primary Owner of the account can create a shop.

1- To create or add a new shop, login to your Diool account and click on Settings and then Shops



2- Click on Add New Shop



3- Specify the Shop Type, Shop Name, and the City where the shop is located.



3- Type in the Street Name



4- Click on Pin Point and pin the exact location of the shop on the map

Tip: Right click on the map to pin the location of the shop.



5- Click on Save to ensure that your shop information has been saved.



6- Your shop will appear in the shops view.




Edit an Existing Shop

1- Click on the Settings tab and later click on Shops



2- Click on the Edit Icon at the end of the shop name.



3- You have the possibility to modify the Shop Type, Shop Name and the City where the shop is located.



5- You can edit the Street Name



6- Click on Pin Point and pin the exact location of the shop on the map

Tip: Right click on the map to pin the location of the shop.



7- Click on Save to ensure that your shop information has been saved.



8- Once you save, the new shop details will appear in the shops view.
