How to modify my account email and password?
Modify my Account Password
Diool users can easily modify their passwords under the Settings menu. Once you modify your password, you will no longer be able to log into your Diool account using the previous password.
For security reasons, your new password must meet the following conditions:
- At least 6 characters
- Have at least one lower case
- Have at least one UPPER case
- Have at least one special character.
- Follow the steps below to modify your password and remember never to share your password with anyone.
As a good practice, always log out of your account when you are not using the application and never share your password with anyone.

If you would like to change the email address associated with your Diool account, please reach out to us through the blue chat button at the bottom right hand corner of your screen.
