I Can't Login to my Diool Account

If you are having trouble logging into your Diool Account, there are a few quick troubleshooting steps we can work through to try to help fix the problem.

Incorrect Login Details

Some of the most common reasons why users have issues logging in to their Diool account are: using the wrong email or using the wrong password

Wrong Email
Users are identified in our system through the **user email** which was used during the creation of your Diool account. Please ensure that you're using the right email address when trying to login. You can check your various email inboxes to find previous correspondence from Diool if you're unsure.

If you unable to recall or no longer have access to that email address, please Contact Us using an alternate email address for further assistance. Please note you may be asked to verify additional security information in relation to your account.

Wrong Password

Check you Internet Connection

Diool requires an active Internet connection to process payments. This can be either a Wi-Fi connection or a mobile data service (such as 4G). Choose your cellular network over Wi-Fi for a faster processing experience with Diool.

Always check that you have a strong network connection before attempting to process a payment. Payments can fail if the connection is not strong enough.

Web Browsers/App Version

For an optimal web experience of everything Diool has to offer, we recommend that you login through the following web browsers:

Latest version of Mozilla Firefox
Latest version of Google Chrome
Microsoft Edge (Windows 10 and higher)
Latest version of Safari

If you are not sure what browser you’re using, check WhatsMyBrowser, where you can also learn how to update or change browsers.
Important: Using older browser versions could prevent some site features from working correctly. Newer browser versions provide better security and privacy.
If the Problem Persists:

If you’re already using one of our recommended browsers and having display or access issues, please do the the following:

1- Logout of your Diool account
2- Clearing your browser’s cache and cookies will resolve most browser problems. Click your browser's name below to see the instructions:

If you're using the Diool mobile application, please make sure you're running the latest version of the app from Google Play Store
