How to create a Starter account?
This article explains the different steps involved in creating a Starter account.
IMPORTANT: Before you start, make sure you have A VALID IDENTITY DOCUMENT & A TAXPAYER'S CERTIFICATE (NIU)
To create a Starter account, click on Create an account
Select the "Starter" package and click on Subscribe for free.
Enter your email address, a password, then confirm and click on Register.
Go to your e-mail box to verify your address. Click on Confirm my account.
INFORMATION : If you cannot find the password reset email in your inbox, please check your "spam" folder as there are occasions when it may be sent there. If your inbox also groups emails by tabs, you should check each of these tabs. You can also check your inbox for an e-mail entitled "Password Reset - Diool".
You will be redirected to the registration dashboard where you can now provide your documentation. First, enter your business address and click on Continue.
Indicate your place of activity by choosing the exact location.
Provide details of your business.
NOTE : For a company in which you are the sole shareholder, select "Establishment".
Download a copy of your tax registration certificate (NIU).

Provide ownership information. Then click on Continue.
NOTE : For a company in the Starter Plan, there should be only ONE SHAREHOLDER who is also the LEGAL REPRESENTATIVE.
Provide information about yourself as a business owner.
Proceed to the validation of your identity document.

You will now need to pass the visual identity verification step to secure your Diool account and prevent fraud.
This step also allows us to ensure that it is you who is using your account and not someone else pretending to be you.
Once your identity has been validated, enter your telephone number and click on Continue.
To complete the creation of your account, you must electronically sign each page of the terms and conditions. Once this is done, click on Finish.
NOTE: Once signed, you will receive a copy of these documents in your e-mail box. Please keep them.
CONGRATULATIONS! Your account has been created.
NOTE : If the documents are successfully verified, your account will be approved within 5 working days. We will notify you by email once your account has been approved.
