Inviting an Agents and Cashiers typically takes from a few seconds to one minute maximum.

1- From your Diool dashboard, click on Agents.

2- Click on +ADD NEW AGENT and fill in the dialogue box with the Agent/Cashier's Email, their Role, and the Shop they are assigned to.

3- Click on Send Invitation. A popup message will confirm that the invitation has been sent successfully.


You can see the user under the list of team members with a status Pending. This status will change once the team member confirms the invitation and completes their sign up.



NOTE: Invitations expire within 5 days. After an invitation expires, the Primary Owner can re-invite the user.

How to cancel an invitation

1- To cancel an invitation previously sent to an Agent/Cashier which is yet to be accepted, click on Agents to see the the list of team members.
2- You may cancel any invitation with a status Pending by clicking on the options symbol (≣).
3- Click on Cancel invitation and confirm.

The invitation will be canceled and the Agent/Cashier will no longer appear on your list of team mates.
