Why do I need to verify my account?

If you choose to add a bank to your account as a payment method, we'll need you to verify that the account numbers you entered match a bank account that you have access to.

Our verification process is designed to be fully compliant with our regulatory requirements as a regulated payment processing company, while at the same time ensuring that it creates as little inconvenience to you as possible. It also serves to enhance the security of your Diool account and ensure that we will only ever be paying out your money to you and/or your business.

How do I verify my account?

1- Once you add a bank account as a payment method, send us the bank account certificate (Relevé d'Identité Bancaire) corresponding to that account.
2- Click on the blue chat button at the bottom right of your screen and send the document as an attachment.

We will notify you of your bank account verification within 48 hours.
