How to suspend an agent or a cashier?
Diool Primary Owner Administrator profiles can suspend/block an agent or cashier.
Once an agent or cashier is locked out, they will not be able to log in to their account or make transactions.
To block an agent or cashier, follow the steps below:
To unblock them and allow access to the platform again, click on Options and Unblock.
