Account blocked after several unsuccessful attempts to connect, what should I do?

To ensure the security of our users and their accounts, we block access to your Diool account after three attempts to log in with the wrong password. An error message will indicate that your account is blocked after too many unsuccessful login attempts.


When your account is blocked, you will automatically receive an e-mail to unblock it. Once your account is unblocked with this email, you can log back into your account with your email and password. If you can't remember your password, please see this article - I forgot my password, what should I do?

Remark : Your account will be blocked for one hour. After one hour has passed, you can try to log back into your account.
