How can your customer validate his payment?

Sometimes, due to network issues, there may be a delay in the client receiving the validation message. In such cases, please ask the customer to do one of the following, depending on their operator:

For Orange Money : Dial #150*50# or through the Orange Money application
Pour MTN Mobile Money : Dial *126# or through the MTN MoMo application
Pour EU Mobile Money : Through the EU Mobile Money application

You can use this as a handy reminder of what your customer needs to do to quickly validate a payment:
