How do I add a bank account as a means of payment?
Account Administrators and Agents can define several payment methods to add and withdraw funds from their Diool account. Several payment methods are available, from bank to mobile money wallets.
IMPORTANT: For compliance and regulatory requirements, we need to verify account information when you add a bank account as a payment method See How to check my bank account?
Remark:The Diool user can only add or withdraw funds from his or her account by using the payment methods previously configured.
To set up a payment method, you must log in to your Diool account using your login email and password and follow the steps below:
