How to suspend an Administrator, accountant and Agent profile?
Primary Owner** profiles can suspend/block an administrator or agent
Once the person is blocked, he/she will no longer be able to log in to his/her account or make transactions.
To block an Administrator, accountant or agent profile, follow the steps below:
To unblock them and allow access to the platform again, click on Options and Unblock.
