How to transfer funds to the principal owner?
Cashiers/agents can transfer the collection at the end of the day to the main owner or to another cashier/agent.
IMPORTANT : You can only transfer funds from the Balance account. Therefore, start by Recovering the funds from your Income account and transferring them to the Balance account. Here's how to do it.
From the home page, click on Make a transfer.
Choose Internal transfer.
Select the beneficiary
Enter the details of the internal transfer and Confirm
Check the transfer details and click on Send Money.
