I've sent a payment requests, what next?
Once you have sent a Request for Payment, the recipient will receive an e-mail with the details of the request.
At Sender, the request sent can have several statuses depending on the request, including:
1- Pending if it has not yet been validated by the recipient.
2- paid if it has been received and validated.
3- Draft if it has not yet been sent and can be modified.
4- cancelled if the request for payment is cancelled by the sender.
5- rejected if the recipient rejects the request.
To view the status, click on Payment Request and then Status.
The recipient chooses their settlement point and pays the funds directly into your Diool account. Once the request is paid, the status will change to "Paid".
