I've sent a payment requests, what next?

Once you have sent a Request for Payment, the recipient will receive an e-mail with the details of the request. To view the status, click on Request for Payment and then Request Sent.

The status will be displayed as "Pending" pending settlement. The recipient chooses their preferred settlement point and deposits the funds directly into your Diool account. Once the request is paid, the status will change to "Paid".

If the recipient rejects the request, the status will be marked "Rejected".
