My customer has been debited but my Diool account has not been credited

Due to an authentication error, it may happen that your customer's mobile money account is debited but your Diool account is not credited with the corresponding amount during a deposit/withdrawal transaction.

In such cases, please contact Diool support via blue message button at the bottom right of your screen or by tapping (?) in the mobile application with the following details:

Customer number
Amount of the transaction
Transaction reference number
Date and time
Agent account login email

You can attach a screenshot of the transaction SMS to your message.
