Being a Primary Owner, how can I receive fund from my Cashier?
In order for you a Primary Owner to receive funds from your Cashier, he/she needs to access her Diool Cashier account with her defined ID ( email and password).
Once the Cashier gets into the Diool account, he/she needs to click on the Account tab and click on the Redeem button besides Revenue in order to transfer the funds to the Balance.
Once in the Balance, the cashier should simply go to the Transfer tab and click on the SEND button which corresponds to the Primary owner's details, enter the amount to be sent and click on NEXT and SEND to confirm the transfer.
NB; the cashier should remember to transfer the funds from Revenue to Balance in order to be able to manipulate the funds available in the Diool account.
