Funds should be available from within a few minutes to up to two business days depending on the method used to add/withdraw funds.

Add Funds

Bank Transfer:
Funds added through bank transfer or deposit should be available in your Diool Account within 1-2 working days.
Ensuring the transfer from your bank or deposit includes your Diool unique reference code in the transfer memo allows funds settle to your account without delay.
Mobile money:
Funds added through mobile money should be available within 5 minutes.

Withdraw Funds

Bank Transfer:
Funds will typically reach your bank account within 1-2 working days after you initiate the request. During processing, the status will be shown as "Escrow" in your transaction history. Thereafter, this will change to "Success"

You can only withdraw funds to a bank account that belongs to the company registered on Diool. Please ensure you have entered the correct bank details (bank account number, SWIFT code, bank code, etc.) when setting up your bank account. Mobile money:
Funds withdrawn through mobile money should arrive within 5 minutes

My Add/Withdraw Funds did not arrive. What should I do?
If the Add/Withdraw Funds does not arrive within the timeframes specified above, please Contact Us so we can trace it. Sometimes, there may be delays due to unforeseen circumstances.
