How to Add Funds to your Diool Account?
All businesses can add funds to their Diool Account in order to pay customers, suppliers, or employees or for the purposes of cash-in, cash-out, and airtime operations.
There are 2 ways to add funds to your Diool Account: through bank transfer or through mobile money.
You will be adding funds from the account or mobile number set as default in your Payment Methods. Before you begin, please ensure you've selected the account/mobile number as your default payment method. To learn how to do this, see How to add a Payment Method?
From your Dashboard, click on Account and go to Add
Enter the Amount and a Description and click on Next
Review transaction summary and click Confirm. Copy the bank details and the reference number.
To finalise the transaction, initiate a transfer or a deposit to the bank account information shown on the page. Be sure to include the unique reference number provided. The funds should be available in your balance within 1-2 working days
Important: Ensuring the unique reference code is included in the transfer memo enables the funds to settle to your account without delay.
This is a quick top-up option allowing you to instantly add funds to your Diool Account.

You will receive the verification request on your mobile device. Enter your mobile money PIN code to validate the transaction. Funds will reflect into your Diool account right away. However, sometimes due to technical/communication issues, it could take up to 20 min.
