How to Disable and Enable an Existing Shop?
NOTE: Once you disable a shop, ALL Cashiers and Agents assigned to that particular shop will not be able to perform operations.
To disable a shop:
1- Login to your Diool account.
Click on the Settings tab and later click on Shops
2- Click on the shop icon at the end of the shop name.
3- Confirm the deactivation of the shop by clicking on Disable
4- A confirmation message will pop up confirming that the shop has been disabled.
Enabling a Disabled Shop
It is possible to enable a shop that was you have previously disabled and restore the possibility for agents and cashiers to carry out transactions once more.
1- Click on the Settings tab and later click on Shops
2- Click on the shop icon at the end of the shop name. Confirm the reactivation of the shop by clicking on Enable This will automatically enable your shop.
3- A confirmation message will pop up confirming that the shop has been reactivated.
