How to suspend/block an Agent or Cashier?
Diool Primary Owner profiles can suspend/block an Agent or Cashier.
Once an Agent or Cashier is blocked, they won't be able to log into their account or perform any transactions.
To block an Agent or Cashier, follow the steps below:
To unblock them and allow access to the platform once again, click on Options and Unblock
