Agents and Cashiers can transfer the collection at the end of the day back to the Primary Owner to another Agent.

IMPORTANT: You can only transfer funds from the Balance account. Therefore, first Redeem the funds from your Revenue account to move them to the Balance account.

To Transfer Funds from Cashier or Agent to Primary Owner

1- From the Dashboard, go to Transfers

2- Choose the colleague and click Send

3- Enter the Amount, a Description, and click Next

4- Click Send
