I have forgotten my password, what can I do?
If you have forgotten your Diool password,
1- Go to the Login page and click on "Forgot your password?" .
2- Enter the email address you used to create your account and an email will be sent to reset your password.
3- Click on the Change Password link in the email received from Diool and enter you new password.
What if I cannot find my password reset email?
If you cannot find the password reset email in your inbox, please check your email spam or junk folder as there are rare occasions where it can be sent there. If your email client also groups mails by tabs, you should check each of these tabs. You can also search your email for "Password reset - Diool".
IMPORTANT Please ensure that you're typing in your user email address i.e. the one used to create your Diool account.
In the event that you've done this and you still cannot access your account, please Contact Us for further assistance.
