Due to an authentication error, it may happen that your client's mobile money account is debited but your Diool account is not credited for the corresponding amount during a cash-in/cash-out transaction.

In such cases, please contact Diool Support through the blue chat button at the bottom right of your screen or by tapping (?) in the mobile application. Please provide us with the following details:
Client's Mobile Number
Transaction Amount
Transaction Reference Number

We also suggest that you attach a screenshot of the transaction SMS to your message.
